For instance, you sign a contract for a loan, not conscious that you consent to get your house foreclosed in the event of non-payment or default. Worse still, you may lose your liberty if you end up in jail for violation of a contract.
Therefore, before signing legal forms, read the fine print closely. Go at your own pace if you need to. You do not want to end up in a circumstance in which you suffer the consequences of a contract; impacts which you didn’t anticipate since you failed to thoroughly inspect its contents.
